Refund policy

At Scotty Cash Woodworks, we take pride in creating and delivering quality woodworking products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to be confident in your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized wood products.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Clearance, discounted, or final-sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not yet begun.

Custom or personalized orders may not be cancelled once production has started.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
