Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom or personalized woodworking orders may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production times will be communicated when applicable.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
